Another gold medal, and best in class at the International Wine and Spirits Competition in London this week. This is what the judges note at the IWSC of our Shiraz:
”Deep red inky colour to rim. A very evocative and exotic nose, framboise, linden flower, cherries in kirsch, cassis and spiced oranges. The palate reveals more spicy characters, olive, cedar, sandalwood and cinnamon. The mouthfeel is very smooth yet powerful, tenacious grippy tannins do not hinder the elegant coursing of ultra ripe fruit across the tongue.
The balance is a triangle of integrated perfection. The finish is a hedonistic delight. Superb.”
